On embarkation day , I had a problem with my rental , as I was going on the ship at the gangway my scooter completely stop as I was inclining the gangway. Security assisted me on the ship and pushed the scooter to nearest electrical outlet to charge the battery. I was charging the battery for couple hours and still didn't turn on. So , that's when I contacted Kalvn for her assistance . She was able to bring another scooter as I wasn't comfortable with the one I had. I was afraid it would be problem during my cruise.
