“So easy. Booked online and got a text from a real person in 10 minutes. Dropped off at our rental. Picked up the next night. Was able to text on the way home from Epcot and they arrived a few minutes after we did. The scooter lasted all day - 9 am until 7 pm. It still had charge when we got home. High quality at a great price. Higher recommend."

We absolutely deliver manual and electric wheelchairs directly to the Eldorado Hotel. Our delivery partners usually coordinate with the bell desk to leave your equipment before you check in. This allows you to start using your wheelchair the moment you arrive for the event.
We offer a variety of strollers including single, double, and jogging models for families traveling to the event. Delivering a stroller to your accommodation saves you the trouble of flying with bulky baby gear. Your family can easily explore the resort while you attend the sessions.
Returning your equipment is just as convenient as the initial delivery. You simply leave the mobility scooter or wheelchair at the hotel bell desk when you check out. Our team will arrive later to pick it up, allowing you to head directly to the airport without any delays.
The Eldorado Hotel is a modern resort property featuring accessible pathways, ramps, and spacious elevators suitable for mobility scooters. However, we always recommend contacting the event organizers or the venue directly to confirm specific accessibility details regarding the main conference rooms.
We pride ourselves on providing dependable and well maintained rental gear to all our customers. If you experience any unexpected mechanical issues during the conference, simply contact our customer support team. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or a repair to keep you moving.
We highly recommend reserving your equipment as early as possible before your trip. Securing your mobility scooter or wheelchair in advance guarantees availability during the busy conference dates. Early booking also ensures a smooth and timely delivery to your hotel upon arrival.
Cloud of Goods provides a wide selection of medical equipment beyond basic mobility devices. You can rent portable oxygen concentrators, knee scooters, or lift chairs to ensure your comfort during the event. Browse our full catalog to find the exact items you require for your stay.
In most cases you do not need to be physically present for the delivery. Our local partners frequently leave the equipment with the hotel bell desk or reception staff under your reservation name. We will notify you once the delivery is complete so you know your gear is ready and waiting.
Our mobility scooters are equipped with reliable batteries designed to last through a full day of standard use. We include the charging cable with every rental so you can easily plug it in overnight in your hotel room. This ensures your scooter is fully powered for the next day of sessions.
