Orlando Gear Rentals for Gaia Healers Elevate Conference 2026

Yes, you can easily rent a premium mobility scooter for the entire duration of the wellness conference. We highly recommend booking your scooter well in advance to guarantee availability, especially since Rosen Shingle Creek is a large venue requiring significant walking.

Our local delivery partners will happily bring your wheelchair right to the Rosen Shingle Creek resort. You can arrange to have the equipment dropped off with the bell desk or coordinate a specific meeting point near the main entrance for your ultimate convenience.

We absolutely offer a wide variety of strollers including single, double, and jogging models. Having a dependable stroller delivered to your Orlando hotel will keep your little ones comfortable while you attend the various holistic health workshops and vendor exhibits.

We strongly encourage all attendees to place their rental orders at least a few weeks before the November twentieth start date. Securing your mobility device or travel gear early ensures you get the exact model you need before inventory runs out during busy event weekends.

You certainly can rent a heavy duty knee scooter or similar medical equipment through our platform. A knee scooter provides excellent maneuverability around the expansive convention center floors, allowing you to participate in the healing workshops without straining your injury.

In most cases you do not need to be physically present for the delivery if you are staying at a major hotel. Our partners can usually leave your reserved mobility scooter with the front desk or bell hop, allowing you to pick it up whenever you arrive at the property.

Rosen Shingle Creek is a modern luxury resort that generally features excellent accessibility for wheelchair and mobility scooter users. We recommend reaching out to the conference organizers directly if you have specific questions about navigating particular workshop rooms or vendor halls.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality and well maintained rental equipment for every customer. However, if you experience any unexpected mechanical issues during the event, simply contact our customer support team and we will quickly arrange a replacement or repair.

You can absolutely extend your rental if you plan to enjoy a few extra days exploring the beautiful Orlando area. Just log into your account or contact our friendly support team before your original rental period expires to easily update your reservation dates.

The mobility scooters we provide come with a standard charging cable that plugs directly into any regular wall outlet. We recommend plugging your scooter in every evening when you return to your hotel room so it has a full battery ready for the next day of the conference.
