Equipment Rentals Delivered for Exploring Your Universe in Los Angeles

Yes, you can easily rent a mobility scooter through Cloud of Goods for the festival. We recommend booking early to secure your reservation, and our delivery partners will bring the scooter directly to your hotel or another convenient location near the university campus so you can arrive ready to explore.

Absolutely. We offer a fantastic selection of single and double strollers perfect for families visiting the interactive exhibits. Renting a stroller helps keep your young children comfortable during a long day of discovery, and we deliver the equipment right to your Los Angeles accommodation before the event.

Our delivery partners typically coordinate deliveries at your hotel, vacation rental, or a specific nearby location that is easy for both parties. Because the campus can be very busy during large public events, delivering to your accommodation often provides the smoothest and most reliable experience for everyone.

The university campus generally features paved pathways, ramps, and accessible facilities designed to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility scooters. However, we always recommend checking with the specific event organizers for any temporary route changes or dedicated accessible entrances created specifically for the festival.

Every mobility scooter and electric wheelchair arrives fully charged and includes a compatible charging cable. We highly recommend plugging your equipment into an outlet at your hotel overnight to ensure you have maximum battery life for a full day of navigating the exciting interactive exhibits at the festival.

Yes, we offer standard manual wheelchairs that are lightweight and very easy to maneuver around crowded event spaces. This is an excellent choice if you have a companion available to help push or if you prefer a simpler mobility aid while traveling around the vibrant neighborhoods of Los Angeles during your trip.

We strongly encourage you to place your equipment reservation as soon as you confirm your travel plans. Large science festivals draw massive crowds to the area, which increases the demand for strollers and mobility scooters. Booking early guarantees your desired equipment will be available and ready for delivery.

Returning your rental is just as easy and convenient as the initial delivery process. Simply leave the equipment at the agreed upon pickup location, such as the front desk or bell desk of your Los Angeles hotel. Our local delivery partner will retrieve the items so you can head home without any extra heavy lifting.

Most of the strollers available on our platform are designed specifically for travel and convenience. They fold down quickly, making it incredibly simple to place them in the trunk of a rental car, taxi, or rideshare vehicle as you travel between your hotel and the university campus for the science festival.

Yes, Cloud of Goods offers a wide variety of rental items beyond mobility aids and strollers. You can easily add items like medical accessories, portable coolers, and outdoor gear to your order. Our primary goal is to provide absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Los Angeles and the festival.
