Yes you can easily rent a mobility scooter for the technology summit through our platform. We offer standard and heavy duty models that provide comfortable navigation across large exhibition halls. Our local rental partners will deliver the scooter directly to your nearby accommodation or a designated drop location.

The GRIDE summit facility is designed to host large conventions and is fully equipped to accommodate standard wheelchair dimensions. You can comfortably navigate through the main exhibition floor and smaller breakout rooms. We always recommend contacting the event organizers to confirm any specific accessibility details regarding private executive lounges.

Our delivery process is designed for maximum convenience so you never have to transport heavy equipment yourself. You simply provide your hotel address or a specified location near the convention center during checkout. A local partner will coordinate with you to ensure your mobility scooter or stroller is dropped off exactly when you need it.

We understand how critical reliable equipment is when attending important networking events and keynote speeches. If you encounter any unexpected mechanical problems with your rental item simply contact our customer support team immediately. We will work quickly with our local vendor network to troubleshoot the issue or arrange a prompt replacement.

Absolutely because we know many professionals travel with their families to destination events. Cloud of Goods offers single and double strollers to keep your young children comfortable while exploring the city. You can have the stroller delivered to your hotel room at the exact same time as your personal mobility equipment.

This depends entirely on the specific policies of the hotel where you are staying during the summit. Many hotel bell desks are happy to accept and store rental deliveries on your behalf before you arrive. We highly recommend calling your front desk in advance to confirm they accept third party deliveries without the guest being physically present.

We strongly encourage attendees to book their mobility equipment at least a few weeks before the summit begins. Major business conventions draw large crowds to Atlanta which can occasionally lead to high demand for specialized rental gear. Reserving early guarantees that the exact model you require will be prepared and waiting for you upon arrival.

Yes all of the mobility scooters available for rent come with standard charging cables that plug right into regular wall outlets. You can easily charge your scooter overnight in your hotel room after a long day of networking at the exhibition hall. A full overnight charge generally provides more than enough battery life for a full day at the event.

Yes you can conveniently extend your rental period if you decide to enjoy a few extra days of sightseeing in the city. Simply log into your account online and request a date extension for your current reservation. Please try to submit your extension request as early as possible so our local rental partners can adjust their pickup schedules accordingly.
