This is my first time renting any kind of equipment for my mom. We went to see family in Georgia and at last minute, we decide it was too much hassle to bring mom's transfer chair and rollator. I found Cloud of Goods through a Google search the day prior to our trip. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I was connected with PS Mobility rentals. They dropped chair off at the place we were staying, at requested time and picked up on time. This was so convenient. I will definitely use Cloud of Goods again. I would highly recommend this service.

Well, it started off poorly. I rented the scooter to go to the Masters tournament. On Thursday we started out and worked our way up to #3 to watch some golf from there. While at times it struggled to get up #1, we got to our spot and had great seats to watch. I didn’t use it again until we were heading out to meet family and exchange the tickets. Unfortunately, the scooter just pooped out so I couldn’t make it to the meeting point. I ended up calling psmobility and they said they would take care of picking it up and would have a replacement delivered to me. Their service and communication was fabulous. Had it not been for their exemplary service my rating would have been worse. Thanks Julia and Howard.
