“Well, it started off poorly. I rented the scooter to go to the Masters tournament. On Thursday we started out and worked our way up to #3 to watch some golf from there. While at times it struggled to get up #1, we got to our spot and had great seats to watch. I didn’t use it again until we were heading out to meet family and exchange the tickets. Unfortunately, the scooter just pooped out so I couldn’t make it to the meeting point. I ended up calling psmobility and they said they would take care of picking it up and would have a replacement delivered to me. Their service and communication was fabulous. Had it not been for their exemplary service my rating would have been worse. Thanks Julia and Howard.”
