Thank you for your business that helps us in our urgent need situation. Drop off was on time as what we had scheduled. We are responsible to return back the item, so we hope the pick up time also needs to be in schedule as well. We scheduled to pick our return wheelchair at 4-5pm, we got postponed to the morning next day, but it was actually picked up around 1pm. However, it’s still great after all!
