Overall the experience was okay. The professionalism and kindness of the delivery person Jose is what took this to 4 stars instead of 3. He did a great job making the order right when the first chair arrived not working. He made sure a replacement was delivered that night because my mother-in-law was having surgery the next morning (the reason for renting a recliner), He was very polite. It was not a 5 star experience primarily because of communications. We were told we’d hear something the day before delivery but didn’t get contacted until late in the day day of delivery. I received no email/text notification confirming pickup so the day before it was to be picked up I sent an email to cloud of goods. I heard back the day after confirming that it had been picked up (not helpful.). Luckily I had Jose phone number so I reached out to him and he confirmed he would pick it up the next day.
