Excellent service & helpful communication made this a very good transaction. When the first chair was not up to the expected standard, Cloud of Goods workers swapped it out for one that worked much better. We will use this service again.

We were in a bit of a bind, flying from New Zealand without a car seat and needing to get to our hotel in San Fran. Thank goodness for Sangeeta and Buddha who provided an amazing service, with Buddha meeting us at the airport. Their communication was friendly and prompt and the whole experience made for a really stress-free start to our holiday. Would definitely recommend!
