The scooter was great for my fatherin-law, scooting around SF! Cloud of goods say they offer drop off before 10am but the company delivering the scooter doesn’t open till 10 am so that was confusing and disappointing! The 3rd party Thrifty (delivering company) was nice and helpful and explained that to me…after the fact. But overall a good experience!
