We can deliver your standard baby stroller to your hotel bell desk either the evening before or the day of your rental, depending on hotel policies. Not checked in yet? No problem! We can leave the stroller at the bell desk under your reservation name, so you can pick it up at your convenience. (Tip: Please include your hotel reservation name in the "notes" section of the checkout form).
If your hotel does not allow vendors to leave rental items, we'll coordinate an in-person drop-off and pick up with you.
To return the stroller, simply leave it with the bell desk or front desk, and we’ll pick it up the evening your rental ends. Easy and hassle-free!

The stroller I rented was clean and in excellent condition however, arranging a pick up time was difficult due to their AI automated receptionist. Eventually I was able to get it picked up at the hotel which is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

This was the first time I rented a stroller (I was not even aware this kind of service existed, so was a pleasant surprise) and it was an amazing experience. Anca was very friendly and supportive in all the process. She called before the delivery and the return to clarify how the process works and what to expect. She even reminded me to take a blanket with me due to the current weather in Washington DC. (I would for sure have missed that). The stroller was in excellent conditions and really sturdy, perfect for my 4 yrs old kid. This services really saved our trip and my daughter enjoyed the visit. I will certainly use it again.
