It worked out well. Just when we got to Loew's in Hollywood, no one could find the rental. The pick up went well. We tipped Carlos. We can tip again for the delivery

Super easy to rent. When I wanted to keep my transport chair, a few hours longer Manu was very accommodating even though he was on the way to pick up my chair. Will rent from them again and will encourage others to rent from them.
