Our scooter was delivered on time and my mom couldn’t have done NYC without it. The delivery person was kind and communicative. The battery wasn’t lasting very long, so they offered a free replacement and resolved the issue. I would definitely use this service again.

Easy ordering process. Above and beyond customer service! Ingrid let us know she was available to us, if we needed her. Scooter was waiting at the hotel when we got there and it was very nice, worked perfectly and was very comfortable. Thank you for making our family trip accessible! Highly recommend and will definitely use again! Wonderful experience!

I'm so grateful for the professionalism of the staff. The scooter arrived on-time in excellent condition with a full battery. I've never done this before, but I'm so glad I did. I have back issues & have just been diagnosed with MS. The scooter was a wonderful thing to have or I wouldn't have been able to follow my family walking around. Thank you soo much

The wheelchair was a godsend, and Henry was amazing dropping it off and picking it up. Super kind, helpful, and communicative! Hopefully I won’t need a wheelchair in the future but if I do I will use Cloud of Goods again.
