A little mechanical issue with the scooter as power dropped from full to 2 bars while the scooter was off during a meal out but able to make it back to the hotel for recharging.. Customer service was on point and allowed us to extend our pick up time by an hour so appreciate the flexibility. Will utilize service in the future if need!
