After my wife suffered an injury making her immobile while we were on holiday, I was worried about how we would navigate our hotel. Not only did Cloud of Goods allow us to rent a wheelchair, they delivered it to our hotel on time and retrieved it from the hotel. Everything went exactly as promised.

This was the first time I have rented a wheelchair for use on vacation. The whole process was soooo easy & reasonably priced! I misunderstood my return date, I thought it was at end of day, so we were at Epcot when they called me when they were at hotel for pickup. They were very polite and just extended my rental contract for an additional day. Highly recommend!!!!
