Excellent service and support from Caroline at Source Direct Medical Supply (in the Chicagoland area) for our mobility scooter rental! Highly recommended company to deal with. We used Cloud of Goods multiple times in various locations and their system is awesome. We're fans of their service!

The day was saved after I was let down the day before arriving on the Big Island by another company. There was great communucation and kindness. My husband is handicapped with many health issues and I was very stressed since he cannot walk more than a few feet. The other company cancelling the day before was a major issue. Cloud of Goods are my heroes and saved the day!
