The equipment owner called me prior to delivery date and discussed what I had ordered, what my needs were and what equipment was most appropriate. This courtesy call was appreciated and very helpful.

Armen has been attentive to our phone calls upon arrival in Las Vegas with quick response/call back and all the information we needed. We are grateful for being able to have the device delivered to one hotel and yet picked up from us at another hotel. I have informed him when he picked up the device today that the back of the seat is a bit loose and causes the passenger to lean far back. This was not too much of an issue with my sort of tall husband, but for a shorter person this would make the ride uncomfortable. I do hope that seating can be corrected/improved. By the way, we were literally stopped in the street with folks asking us where we got the device. We referred at least 5 people to your phone number. Hope it helps you! Thanks again!
