First time on a scooter. It was great, except for having to dodge pedestrians! So much freedom to come and go. Working with armie was so easy. He was always available and accommodating. Will certainly use Cloud next time in Vegas.

The wheeled walker was at the hotel, as promised, upon our arrival. It was clean and in perfect working order. It made our visit more safe. Upon departure, all we had to do was leave it at the front desk for pick-up. Easy peasy and very convenient.

Had an emergency and needed a chair early morning. Placed the order 630P Friday and they were able to deliver 730A Saturday. No one else could respond this quickly. Chair was new and no issues. Pick up was the same sealess process.
