“It was very easy reserving the wheelchair for my 83 year old mother to use whole visiting NYC. The wheelchair was delivered to the hotel lobby earlier than expected and was in excellent condition. The delivery driver even included a padded seat to use on the chair, which I had not thought about. We had a great experience overall and would highly recommend. ”
