“Chelsea’s rentals is a premier establishment. The purveyors Chelsea and James were outstanding. Their customer service was something I haven’t encountered. I’m had an issue with the battery connector. Somehow it had gotten jammed we believe by the previous renters. But when my battery ran low. A quick call to them had James dropping what he was doing immediately heading to my location. And fixing said problem. The response time is unheard of. The effort to make my situation as easy as possible was amazing. This was outside of normal business hours and most companies would have not answered the cal or taken hours to get an employee to answer the call. The owners jumped as soon as I called and I was able to get on my way in a very short space of time saving an entire day and then some. I couldn’t recommend them more. I give their serve and company an 11 out of 10. ”
