“Helen was very kind and helpful! I would ask to contact her again if Inreturn to Houston and be in her area!!! Cloud caused the problem telling me to pick up the scooter at the fed ex office in the hotel. They informed me that they don’t do that. Helen told me where to go and the scooter was there. Cloud should not give out wrong information it confuses the client. But Hekenneas correct , kind and fully involved . I really appreciated her help and kindness ! Rate her a 10+ ! ”
