“The only issue I had is that I'm use to an electric hoyer and it took me a few mins to figure out how to release it to lower it. Also I wish it would go an inch or 2 higher, I had a bit of trouble getting my dad in his power chair without scooting his cushion off cause his bottom wouldn't clear it so I had to try to hold the cushion in place w one had and push his body with my other and try to quickly release the lever to lower him before his body repositioned....however I am grateful that u had it ready for us before we got there to the hotel. So overall I was pleased minus a couple things I worked around....thank u so much!!”
