It was very good except for one thing….the walker was a bit short for me…I needed it to be 37”. But in every other aspect the service was excellent! Jamie was very responsive to my needs. This is a wonderful way to obtain a walker for use on a vacation or trip!

One of the brake cables needs attention as the brake does not engage properly. You say that you have successfully collected the walker, but you did not collect it on Thursday as it was scheduled for collection on Friday, however I received no notification of the time for collection so we were out using it on Friday. It was left in the care of the Kitano hotel for your convenience. Otherwise all went well and met our needs. Thank you.
