I am so grateful for the walker. I really utilized the unit during the cruise!:You were prompt, kept in touch and handled the problems we encountered at the end of the cruise satisfactorily! The walker that I rented was a Rollator. That isn't what was delivered. But the one that was delivered worked okay. It just didn't roll as easy. And the rear legs are different so my wife was walking between them rather than behind them like her Rollator at home. The cane holder was a huge bonus. I am going to add one to her Rollator. Overall the experience was a blessing having you deliver and pick up at our hotel. 10 stars for that. If we have the opportunity to travel again, we will certainly use your service.
