The walker that I rented was a Rollator. That isn't what was delivered. But the one that was delivered worked okay. It just didn't roll as easy. And the rear legs are different so my wife was walking between them rather than behind them like her Rollator at home. The cane holder was a huge bonus. I am going to add one to her Rollator. Overall the experience was a blessing having you deliver and pick up at our hotel. 10 stars for that. If we have the opportunity to travel again, we will certainly use your service.

Walker was late being delivered to my hotel and nothing had been communicated to me. I had to inquire at the concierge desk and they had to phone the distributor who offered bad traffic as the answer for the delay. I had to postpone my supper plans that evening as I without the support of the walker.

This was a last minute order when we arrived at the airport and realized we left the rollator at home. We placed the order online and immediately received confirmation that the order was received. Before we even took off I was sent a photo of the claim ticket indicating the device had been dropped off at our destination. I was a bit leary about leaving the device in our cruise cabin for pickup but I got confirmation that it was picked up without issue. Would definitely use them again.
