This walker was perfect for my mom all week on our Alaskan cruise. It was delivered to the hotel before we arrived and returned to the front desk for pickup on our departure day. We stayed one extra night at the hotel so mom was able to use it the entire trip. Thankful for these types of services.

Delivery and pickup service very good. Device was fine except that the brakes were set too tight so it did not roll easily even with brakes off. We had to pry them open so they would not bind on the wheels.
