I've never used Cloud of Goods before so was a bit worried. No need. Everything was perfect. My walker was brought to hotel and picked up from there. Everything went smoothly.

We had trouble getting the walker to fold up. We did not see who delivered it and were unable to have it demonstrated.

OUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT WAS DELIVERED TO THE HOTEL PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL! IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE ORDERED, WAS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND WAS CLEAN. THIS IS OUR THIRD RENTAL EXPERIENCE WITH CLOUD OF GOODS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING THIS SERVICE. THEY MAKE TRAVELING WITH MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER SO MUCH EASIER!
