Michael was very responsive which is consistent with my previous experiences with Cloud of Goods members. Only one of the two scooters were delivered on time and it was not in good running condition. A replacement was delivered and the second scooter was delivered the following morning. Thank you for your service!

The battery was excellent. The speed regulator was very unsmooth and didn’t go slow enough in a large crowd. Delivery time was a little late but employee was friendly.

A very nice and knowledgeable guy. It was difficult to confirm with him where it would be dropped off. Once communication was established it went okay. The scooter died around 5 p.m. We used the charger and it indicated full charge (all green). It died again at 8 p.m. causing me to miss the fireworks with my family.

we rented 2 scooters for 1 evening & found them to be great fun! they were SUPER easy to operate (even getting them in & out of elevators). the office did a FANTASTIC job communicating on delivery & pick up. the overall experience was wonderful & we would definitely do it again.

It was a positive experience having the mobility scooter dropped off at our home and then picked up when our use was completed. The scooter was easy to use and the battery charge lasted all day! We will definitely be using their services again.
