Scooter was delivered at designated time. The scooter was in good condition, I had no problems with it.

A very nice and knowledgeable guy. It was difficult to confirm with him where it would be dropped off. Once communication was established it went okay. The scooter died around 5 p.m. We used the charger and it indicated full charge (all green). It died again at 8 p.m. causing me to miss the fireworks with my family.

we rented 2 scooters for 1 evening & found them to be great fun! they were SUPER easy to operate (even getting them in & out of elevators). the office did a FANTASTIC job communicating on delivery & pick up. the overall experience was wonderful & we would definitely do it again.

It was a positive experience having the mobility scooter dropped off at our home and then picked up when our use was completed. The scooter was easy to use and the battery charge lasted all day! We will definitely be using their services again.

I had to order a scooter at the last minute for my mother the day we were going to Epcot. Dayvid was quick to respond. It was delivered to our resort within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, we did not receive the heavy duty scooter that I ordered, but the light scooter we got did the job. We needed to adjust the pick up time on the last day and he was very accommodating.
