Easy, efficient. An unexpected injury prior to my New York trip necessitated the need of a wheelchair. Easy reservation online, good quality wheelchair which was delivered and picked up exactly when they said it would be. If only all rental experiences were this easy!

Very easy system - questions answered promptly & chair delivered without issue. Collection arranged once we had left - also without hitch. Would definitely recommend & would use this service again.
