I ended up randomly searching for wheelchair rentals as I needed one for the first time ever - as I recently had a very difficult heart surgery and would be traveling for a 3-day Convention. Cloud of Goods was seriously amazing. I rented a wheelchair initially, but ended up swapping up for a lightweight scooter and that exchange was seamless. I had the scooter the next morning (within 12 hours) with clear communication from the time I requested the upgrade. I HIGHLY recommend Cloud of Goods for any wheelchair, scooter or stroller rental!

The drop off, pick up, and ordering experience were great! No complaints. The wheelchair itself seemed to drag and the footrests did not seem to work properly. The chair seemed to need lubricant. It got harder to push and manage as the time went on.
