Amazing company to work with. I called looking to get a same day rental - willing to go pick it up. They said can do and had the chair to me within an hour and a half. They picked it up as well and sent texts to let me know the chair was at the lobby desk and that they had picked it up. Definitely recommend!!!

Orlando Florida rental location was utilized while we were on vacation at Disney resort. Prompt delivery of a very nice wheelchair for my daughter was delivered to our resort hotel on agreed-upon time/date/location. Unfortunately, our original wheelchair developed a mechanical problem. We contacted Cloud of Goods for a replacement wheelchair, which was delivered promptly, like the original delivery. Well-pleased with product and customer service of Cloud of Goods. Would use them again in the future and recommend their services.

Timely service. Easy delivery and return. Reasonable pricing. Our 9 day wheelchair rental was a blessing when an unexpected injury threatened our ability to get around on our vacation to NYC. Strongly recommend!
