There was an obvious mix up for delivery which involved the wrong hotel (a hotel in California) and the wrong equipment. You definitely need to clean up your act.

everything was excellent except the left foot rest was worn and did not fit flat it was on an angle which made it uncomfortable

Mobility Source could not have been better. They give the best service, even swapping out the chair for one that fit through my doorways when the first did not. Very friendly yet professional and made everything so easy. I recommend 100%!
