Jose was great...it was our first time renting a wheelchair and he showed us how to open and close it and prepare it for travel. He brought it up the stairs to our front stoop for us. The ultralight wheelchair was easy to use and was huge help especially getting through the Atlanta airport! The durable wheels made it great for getting around while we explored Key West. We will definitely get this again on our next trip!

I’d be pleased to use Cloud of Goods for the next time I need a mobility rental! I recently had brain surgery and am only partially ambulatory, so this wheelchair was perfect for a weekend event with my friends. Sharon and Andrew were very helpful, friendly, and communicative during the pickup and drop off process. Thanks again so much for helping me out with this wheelchair rental.

I would love to give 4.5 stars! I was impressed by the delivery, etc. It was the right size for the back of the rental car, too. However, it was supposed to be "ultralight" and I could not handle lifting it up in the car by myself. So it was maybe light, but not ultra lite. That knocked it down half a star. Otherwise it worked for most of my needs.

I was skeptical at first, not knowing anything about the company; however, we couldn’t find a wheelchair for my mom anywhere else. The experience was perfect! Dropped off on time. No problems whatsoever. The guy who dropped off/pickup was very nice and helpful. Will definitely use again!

I rented a wheelchair & scooter for 2 members of our group. Upon delivery, we received a demonstration of how to make the scooter transportable, which was a simple process. It enabled our friends to be more involved in our activities. The equipment was in excellent condition. Would highly recommend Cloud of Goods.

Drop off and pick up were good; it was a good product and we used it every day for our visit. The only problem was that a child’s sippy cup was left in the pouch from a past user and the contents were spoiled, smelly and spilled inside the pouch. That was found on the first day of use. I cleaned it up but the smell was still there-

It was my first time using Cloud of Goods. Maria contacted me right away. The wheelchair was delivered in time, was in excellent condition and was picked up at the hotel. I highly recommend Maria and Jorge.
