My entire experience was smooth as silk. I highly recommend “CLOUD OF GOODS” & wish I had found them sooner. I was a little insecure at first, booking online, and never speaking to anyone directly. However the rate was excellent, and my email confirmations came immediately and looked legitimate, L O L! As the delivery date was getting close, I did receive some sort of update with a phone number. I called the phone number and spoke to Kim, who was an absolute pleasure and put me at ease. The equipment arrived at my hotel exactly as promised, and the pick up was just as smooth. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Jose was really good about communicating his location and ETA. He was very friendly and made renting a wheelchair super easy for us. I appreciate his flexibility for picking up the chair after our tour of the college campus. I am sharing this site with my family!
