W/c was delivered without leg attachments!!! Shaun was easy to answer my calls, but I’m not satisfied with your company at all. I spoke with a representative from your company on Sunday and she was to call me back with a solution but I never heard back! Shaun told me not to worry and he would handle things….but I never received a call from your company. Please advise?

I rented a wheelchair for Cloud of Goods for my 89 year old mother. We were in Las Vegas. The drop off and pick up was effortless. The communication from this company is awesome, from the reservation, drop off , pickup and even the communication midway of rental to see if everything was going okay with the wheelchair. What an amazing experience! The communication was exceptional (and so friendly), and it was incredibly convenient to have the wheelchair dropped off and picked up. The wheelchair was very comfortable for my mother and easy to use. It was easy to break it down to fit in the trunk of a car. I can’t recommend this service enough!

Cloud of Goods was the 2nd company I contacted for rental of a wheelchair while on vacation in Hawaii. The reason they were the 2nd was because the 1st one could not complete the rental even though they indicated they could. I needed a smaller than standard chair because my wife is very petite and standard, 18" chair's are just too big. Cloud of Goods not only provided the right size chair but they were easy to communicate with, delivered and picked up on time as they promised. I would not hesitate to use them again.
