Francis Wanja was fabulous - and so was Cloud of Goods - especially when I made a mistake and booked twice. Francis and your rep understood and immediately refunded our deposit. The wheelchair was at our hotel before we checked in. THANKS! DO NOT USE MY NAME IN PROMOTIONS OR MARKETING!!!

It was so easy! It was my first time renting a wheelchair. The folks were wonderful!
