Joe was incredible: so friendly, helpful, responsive and made every effort to make sure all was OK and we were happy. The ultralight wheelchairs were excellent. Being able to have this excellent service and the high quality chairs had a major impact on making our visit to NOLA a big success and allowing my elderly parents to fully enjoy travelling. A special thanks to Joe for making the extra effort to bring us a replacement chair because the brand new chair we had ride beautifully but literally had a squeaky wheel, haha! We so appreciated it and can’t say enough good things about Joe and Cloud of Goods. Thank you!

This wheelchair rental absolutely saved our entire WDW trip! I booked it less than 24 hours before arrival after my son unexpectedly broke his foot. The wheelchair was delivered to our resort on the first morning of our stay. We could not have done this trip without this rental!
