Mr. Garcia was very pleasant and extremely efficiant. He contacted us early about delivery and also about pick up. He arrived when he said he would. He was very patient and thorough in explaining the workings of the wheelchair to ethe five of us who were ging to be dealing with getting it palces. The entire experience was terrific.

The item I ordered was delivered on time and picked up on time. The company’s communication was excellent! They notified me through text about drop off and pick up as well as checking to see if my rental had any issues. Their service was definitely worth the higher price. Thank you!
