I am not that comfortable arranging things over the computer- much less something that was as necessary as a wheelchair for my mother. If this hadn't worked I would have been at a loss of what to do next! It was so seamless that I was pinching myself, because not one thing went wrong!!! Teresa delivered the chair ahead of time and took a picture to show me that it was dropped off. She communicated quickly via email when I reached out and let me know she would help if their were any problems. I took a picture of where I left the chair at the end of the week and that was that! Excellent experience

Both the pickup and drop off experiences were seamless, and the wheelchair was in good condition and worked perfectly for running around the parks. Really appreciate the process all going smoothly given our busy schedule!
