It is difficult for me to put into words exactly how much I appreciate Sherry‘s professionalism, compassion and understanding for my sister’s situation. She went over and beyond what was expected. The delivery was within two hours of my phone call and allowing us to extend the time One day, free of charge.. If you have to rent any kind of medical supply that Sherry stocks, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed in any way. Fabulous. The chair was there when we arrived at our hotel. It was also very convenient to be able to leave it at the hotel for it to be picked up. Thank you for providing a wonderful service experience.

They first said I could get delivery to my house((I live approx 20mins south of town) then was contacted back and told they couldn't deliver to my house unless they charged me additional $75. That being said, they did work with me on allowing me to meet them at a safe location on southeast side of town where I could pick up my rental. I was allowed to choose the time and location for delivery and pick up. No hassle at all. So with the acception of the home delivery, my rental experience was hassle free. I rented a wheelchair for my dad so we could attend college graduation in Austin.
