Scooter was dropped off and picked up on time. It worked well and gave me some much needed mobility for the weekend. However, my four-pronged cane couldn’t fit in the cane holder. Otherwise it was a very good experience.

Every thing was very good. Only issue I had was the key switch nut came loose internally, would come out when removing key. This was not an issue with function of scooter. I just pushed it back down. Will use Cloud of goods again. Tammy was great!

Picking up and dropping off at the cruise port was easy. The scooters were clean and worked fantastically.

Cloud of goods was amazing. The scooters are top-notch. Never ran out of battery all day at Disney or all day at Universal Studios. Never had to stop and charge. The agent who picked up and dropped off was nice and professional showed us how to take it apart and put it together. Highly recommend.

Very good service. When my first scooter’s battery was found as weak, you got me another scooter and delivered it to Stanford ASAP
