I was very satisfied with drop off and return of scooter to the hotel. I traveled about 5 miles/day while at a professional convention at the Music City Center. Thanks for the convenience of your service in my time of need.

This scooter was the perfect accessory to our trip! My grandmother quickly learned how to ride the scooter and it allowed her great independence while on vacation. Helen provided great customer service and was always quick to reply.

At first we didn’t know which scooter we needed but after talking to Elmora customer service and doing some YouTube research, we requested the Pride I Go for ease of break down and intended use on the subways of NYC. Upon arrival to the hotel, the scooter was waiting but not the one requested. After a brief conversation again with customer service, the correct scooter was delivered the next evening. Because of how helpful and nice the customer service was throughout, I went with a 5 star rating even though we went a day with the wrong scooter. Also a request for a 1 day refund was submitted by Elmora. The I Go worked great and breaks into 2 pieces, each weighing 35ish pounds when needing to be carried up or down subway stairs as our scooter user is not completely disabled. My adult son carried one piece while I carried the other. We did seek elevators as we could but the subway has only about 5% stations that are wheelchair accessible. The scooter was well worth the cost given the walking demands of NYC.
