Helen is great to work with. She keeps in constant communication and is always on time to deliver or pick up the rental. The scooter was in excellent condition.

The scooter was a lifesaver for my wife at Dollywood. A full charge lasted all day and it traversed the hills really well.

Excellent service!!! Communication was prompt, thorough and what was promised was actually done hassle free, which is very unusual these days. It was extremely beneficial for me and allowed me to do things that I would not have been able to do like attend a Broadway show, go to Ellen's Stardust Diner, see Ground Zero, go to Rockefeller Center, and Christmas shop at F-A-O Schwartz! If I ever need a service like this again, I will certainly use this one. Thank you so much

Another great experience dealing with cloud of goods, and a huge thank you to Mario Carts Mobility for an excellent experience from the drop off at my hotel in Tampa, so that the scooter was waiting on my arrival, to Tenzin picking it up from the Port of Tampa, I couldn't be more pleased, I would gladly use both services again
