Kay was really great at following the directions to get into the condo area. She delivered and picked up precisely on time and was very friendly. The whole process was simple, reasonable priced and super convenient. Next time I'm in San Diego I'm definitely going to rent the wheelchair sooner rather than later now that I know how easy and convenient it is.

Very pleased with the service I received from this company. They made extra effort to locate a wheelchair for my husband in Mexico City. There was a mixup with the hotel that was my fault and they immediately corrected it. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Cloud of Goods was highly responsive and exceeded my expectation with the timing of the delivery and how fast they could get the wheelchair to my mom's facility for her to use.
