I believe I was charged for two oxygen concentrators and I only ordered one. I think I should receive a credit for one unit.

Haytham was so helpful! He coordinated delivery so that everything was at our hotel and ready for us. Traveling with a disabled individual is a challenge. This service was really helpful.

We had a problem with the item (turned out to be the hotel room outlet) and the customer service was very appreciated and assuring. We were able to figure it out via phone, but they were more than willing to bring a new machine over within ten minutes.
