Communication was a little off key, but thanks to the efforts of your staff, especially the delivery guy, everything worked out without causing a delay. Additionally; the scooter would occasionally lose power while operating it. Fortunately, the power loss would only be seconds, but it happened frequently. Please have it checked out. I will use and recommend your services to others. Thank you!

The Cloud of goods team was amazing. I was able to rent a scooter for my mom last minute with same day drop off. We asked to extend our reservation and that was no problem. We're very thankful that cloud of goods was so accommodating and the team was very responsive. We rented the ease 3 lightweight scooter which was very sturdy. The eas 3 handled beautifully, tight turn radius, great for indoor use as well as outdoors. Thank you again.
