The scooter was outside the entrance exactly where the person said it would be although truthfully next time I will probably use a service that delivers to the room. The disembark was changed from C to E which worried me although your representative said not to worry about it…just leave the scooter where other scooters were. Unfortunately there were no other scooters so I took a picture of where I left it and your representative found it . Most other scooters people using different companies had their scooter waiting in the room and that’s where they left it. Makes it easier.

I loved being able to make it around all over. The charge held for a long time, the cup holder was an wonderful add on. This was easy to get into the Uber or Lyft. I almost cancelled our trip because of my leg injury, then was told about this company. They communicated as to when they would be there, and when they would pick up. The cost was more than reasonable, and overall, I would recommend this for anyone who is in need of any items to help them get around.

It was very easy to rent a scooter on-line, and CoG staff were available to answer any questions I had. The scooter was pristine and functioned well. It was dropped off and picked up at my house, with exceptional communication with the CoG delivery agents. I will certainly return to CoG the next time I need to rent a scooter.
