Amazing experience. They dropped off the scooter for my father in law at our rental house and picked it up there as well. It was super easy to operate the scooter and to take it apart for transport. The battery life was excellent as well. No complaints!

We would have appreciated instructions...we wound up having to use a flash light and he get down on the base to plug it in. When I called to say we were leaving the scooter and said it would have been helpful to have instructions. I was told there is a plug on the steering wheel in also... otherwise it was seamless.
