The service was outstanding. There was a mixup in my booking and my room was changed to a new area which meant that the transport had to be delivered to a different site. Fortunately, my new transport was delivered to the new site in a matter of minutes. There was no major inconvenience and I got my transport in a timely manner. Wonderful experience with this organization.

My 72 year old mother thought a cane would be sufficient to help her through Disneyland, spoiler It wasn’t. Then I remembered about Cloud of goods, however the next day was Christmas. I thought I would see if it was possible and it was! Gregory delivered my mom’s scooter Christmas morning. I was blown away! Scooter was fully charged driven for 2 full days with zero issues and barely any battery life was used. Thank you so much!
