I had never rented a scooter before and was very nervous until I tried it out. It was easy to to manage for this 91 year old gal. It helped me to keep up with my daughter and grandson. I will never hesitate to rent one again when we visit. Thankyou.

No problem with staff but we could not get the seat off to make the scooter manageable to transport.

My experience with Gateway was great! My ECV was clean and in good working order. The drop-off and pick up went smoothly. I recommend using their service and plan on using them again as well

Only problem was a missing charger cord. It was brought promptly the next morning and even brought a different fully charged battery if we needed it. Thank you very much
