The unit I received has seen better days in terms of looking good! It looks like it has been well used and has suffered from abuse by previous customers but having said that the unit was reliable and worked well and served the purpose of my needs' THANKYOU!

I placed 2 orders in 2 different days. Order #102094 everything was perfect. The scooter battery was lasting for all day and we didn't have any issue. Order #103032 we had a little bit of issues because the scooter battery wasn't lasting for more then 1.5-2 hours maximum so we had to constantly find places in the city to charge it and modify our plans to consider the charge time. Other then that service was excellent and Teresa has been very nice with us.
